When designing the H2 House we focused on the functionality of each room. This single-storey solid house with a spacious attic will serve not only as a haven for couples but also for young families.
The outcome of our efforts involves a compact house which is extremely comfortable thanks to the well thought-out space management. Five rooms are enclosed in a simple, proportional block with a gable roof with an inclination angle of 30 degrees.
The living area is a large living room open to the garden with a kitchen and a guest room or office space ideal for remote working. The night part located on the first floor has two comfortable rooms for children, a bedroom with a separate large wardrobe for parents, as well as a comfortable and practical bathroom with a large shower, a bathtub under the window and two hand washbasins. An illuminated staircase with a storage is an example of one of the solutions that allow every space of the usable floor area to be used.
