The application of an accumulating structure (mainly three-layer walls and HCR hollow core slab floors) and recuperation allowed to eliminate chimneys and traditional radiators. The technical systems implemented directly in the prefabricated elements allows to develop an extremely friendly environment for body rest and regeneration. We know that the quality of sleep and the efficiency of rest is influenced substantially by the amount of oxygen supplied. That is why at budiHOME we have made every effort to achieve high efficiency of air exchange in all rooms (and what is particularly important: also in bedrooms). 

It is thanks to modern ventilation and innovative arrangement of intake vents and exchangers that we supply twice as much fresh and smog-free air to the house compared to the normative requirements. Importantly enough the whole process, despite its 24-hour operation, is a green and environmentally-friendly solution.

The application of proprietary solutions allowed to enhance significantly the feeling of thermal comfort. The use of surface and radiation heating/cooling (from the ceiling to the floor) and the non-standard distribution of air exchange zones allowed to eliminate completely draughts as well as local and abrupt temperature variations in the house.
