In budiHOME houses we put a lot of emphasis on the accumulation of the structure, i.e. keeping as much heat or cold as possible inside the building. It would seem that it means a significant reduction of air circulation in them. Well-chosen ventilation significantly reduces the accumulation of moisture and the development of moulds and fungi. In budiHOME houses, we supply more than twice as much clean air as the building standards provide. The applied recuperation system also removes efficiently the used air.

By developing an innovative layout of the ventilation system we managed to develop a house that has a constant supply of fresh and clean air in parallel to draught elimination. It should be noted that every budiHOME house has an anti-smog filter as a standard - so that the air supplied serves well the house occupants and is of the highest quality.

Air exchange ensures elimination of unnecessary moisture and development of moulds and fungi. In combination with even air injection, without sudden and fast local blasts - we have greatly minimized the circulation of dust and allergens. All impurities remain suspended low above the floor, making them easy to remove.
