We are a Polish two-generation company with over 30 years of experience. We have participated in many standard and extremely complex investment projects in Poland and abroad. Expanding our activity by adding manufacturing activities enables us to take care for uncompromising quality of projects at every step. We have very modern reinforced concrete and wooden prefabricate manufacturing plants, comprehensive process back-up facilities and a laboratory where our outstanding engineers have developed an innovative system Energy³ for the construction of energy-efficient prefabricated facilities. After large-scale projects - shopping malls, hotels or housing estates in Poland, Sweden, Germany and other countries - we turned to the original house design. All our experience so far has been utilized to design houses under Budihome brand.

The turning point for us was the implementation of the innovative building in 4 Sprzeczna Street and the luxurious Rosevia Resort & SPA hotel with comfortable apartments in separate buildings. While working on this project we looked at living spaces in a new unconventional manner, which fructified the Budihome project. The "Energy to the Power of..." concept comprises not only manufacturing process, but also the use of modern, environmentally-friendly solutions and comprehensive optimization of the house so that it is not only environmentally friendly, but also serves well the house occupants.

SPRZECZNA 4 BUILDING - TOTAL PREFABRICATION

"A manifesto of modern prefabrication" 
This name was coined for one of our flagship projects - a residential building in Warsaw, at 4 Sprzeczna Street. While working on this project, we tried to show again the capabilities of prefabrication technology understood as total prefabrication. The construction process using ready-made, highly advanced elements not only saves time (we closed 1 full storey of the structure in less than 2 weeks), but is also environmentally-friendly (the building is characterized by unusual tightness and thermal inertia), but is also characterized attractive and modern aesthetics. This project has won numerous awards, including the Architectural Award of the President of Warsaw for the best residential building and SARP's nomination for the European Mies van der Rhoe Award.

 

ROSEVIA RESORT & SPA HOTEL - ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY AND UNCOMPROMISING PROJECT

Luxurious and innovative
While working on this exclusive seaside resort hotel, we have not only focused on comfortable rooms, but above all, we have shown respect to the nature of the surrounding landscape park. We utilized all of our production capacity and expert knowledge to refine every detail and create a luxurious but zero-energy hotel and we succeeded! Almost every element of Rosevia Resort & SPA Hotel came out of Budizol factories - thanks to that we controlled the quality of all materials. We have manufactured everything - buildings (in hybrid prefabrication), swimming pool basins made of sour cream, a canopy of an external gym, a free-standing glass cubicle, stairs to the beach and many others.
