Windows installed in external walls are characterized by high acoustic insulation properties, and the layer sealing installation of windows enhances these properties and increases building tightness.

Additionally, the houses are equipped with solid and accumulating HCR ceilings, which effectively eliminate the sound propagation between storeys. Another element enhancing the acoustic comfort of residents is the staircase. The staircase used by budiHOME is a solid structure that does not transfer vibrations or noise (additionally, the stairs do not squeak and do not "work" at night). 

We also ensured that the boiler room, which is an integral part of each of the budiHOME models, is highly soundproof.
