Anthracite colour sheet metal of organic coated steel with a matt finish, covered with natural oil (eliminating most of the petroleum derivatives traditionally found in this type of materials). The metal roofing tiles used in budiHOME are characterized by: anti-corrosive coating according to EN10169, long service life, scratch resistance and UV radiation. Knowing how important windows are in the house, we offer three types of layer sealing installation:
- standard layer sealing installation Ψ = 0.15 (linear heat transfer coefficient),
- low energy layer sealing installation NF40 Ψ= 0.05 (linear heat transfer coefficient),
- passive layer sealing installation Ψ= 0.01 used in passive houses (linear heat transfer coefficient).
If you have chosen the energy standard WT2021 in the first step, then the price includes the layer sealing installation standard.

The estimated price of the plinths for the H1 house, including the terrace of the same size as in the visualization, is approximately PLN 6000, gross.
